We are back!

Finally we are back with Chocolate Silhouette's truffles, sculptures and Hot Chocolate! After a long and hot summer with chocolate melting away we are again at the Independent Designer's Market at 30 Brattle St. in Harvard Sq. We have also been working away on our new look! Although we do miss our Gorilla head logo we are happy with a more elegant image as well as improved packaging. Come by and try our new flavors! We have great new truffles such as Sweet and Spicy Peppers, Himalayan Salt, and Ginger.

This week at the market we decided to give our little "store" a new look, with some different colors and new truffle display trays. We are really enjoying this opportunity to be in touch with the vibrant scene in Cambridge! Thanks to Kimberly for doing a great job with the Market!

This past Saturday we were happy to bring many more truffles. We now have full trays of delicious flavors! People seem to really be liking our spicy truffles, so we will continue to bring more.

Full spectrum of Truffle Flavors!!

This past week at the Independent Designer's Market we had a whole spectrum of truffle flavors. From classics such as Dark Chocolate Orange to some exotic fruits such as Passion fruit and Lulo. Our most popular truffle flavor was ORANGE with dark chocolate! Next week we will bring all of these back along with some new flavors, including some spicy surprises! And don't forget to try our delicious Truffle Crêpes. Thin crêpes with any of our truffles molten in the middle!!

Saturday was pretty cold out but people still came to the IDM. Hopefully it will get warmer out and more will show up. This coming Saturday (feb 26) IDM will be closed but we will have many new delicious truffles with exciting flavors the following week (march 5th).  We will also bring back last Saturday's top three choices, which were: GINGER, MARACUYA (passion fruit) and ISHIMI HABANERO. We hope to see you all there!
